Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items:
Most regular-priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.  Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email info@requinerecovery.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item and send it to the provided address.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the desired replacement item in your return request.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
